Where is my package?
You should receive your package within 2 - 3 weeks of purchase. Once a package leaves our warehouse it is out of our control, and we rely on USPS to deliver it in a timely manner. They usually do a pretty good job, but nobody's perfect and occasionally a package gets lost or delayed. If you haven't received your package within 4 weeks, please let us know, we're happy to place a search request with USPS on your behalf. USPS won't let us place a search request before this time, so unfortunately it's out of our hands until then.
Why was my card declined?
Why did I only receive one of my products?
My tracking says that USPS has delivered my package, but I haven't seen it, what do I do?
- Check with your neighbors in case it has been misdelivered
- Check around your house or mailbox
- Call your local post office to search for the item
